Recently we ran a social media contest asking residents to share and post about their favorite spots within our Downtown Houston apartments. We absolutely loved all the entries and are so thankful we have so many residents who open up their iPhone lenses and homes to showcase their favorite areas either in their spacious apartments or around any of our amenities throughout the community.

As we mentioned, we loved seeing your favorite spots. Many of you Astros fans showed us photos of you propped up watching Astros games on your TV from the comfort of your couch or favorite seat, and many of you showcased your amazing patio and balcony shots overlooking Minute Maid Park. We love all the enthusiasm from our resident sports fans, that’s for sure!
Not only did you show off your Astros pride and views of Minute Maid Park, many of you have put your balconies to great use, no matter which way they face, using them for happy hour cocktails or dinner outside, which we love seeing. Our pool views are always popular on tours and among our current residents. The glow from the pool is so fun at night and we love seeing how unique each and every apartment home view is.
A few of our residents showcased their self-care sanctuaries like their bathrooms and oversized garden tubs, which made us want to pull out the bubble bath and relax! It’s so amazing seeing how some of you have created cozy and relaxing spaces inside your downtown Houston apartments, no matter which spacious floor plan you have.
We also got so excited hearing how much you love both of our on-site restaurants, Osso & Kristalla and Potente, and all their amazing dishes and especially their cocktails! It’s such a luxury to be able to walk downstairs and choose from two of downtown Houston’s best restaurants without really leaving your building. Talk about convenience.
Thanks to everyone who shared their favorite spots within our downtown Houston community and inside their beautiful apartments.
